AS WITHIN, SO WITHOUT.
Your outer life is a mirror of your inner thoughts.
Your thoughts are made up of the words that you choose.
Your words have creative power because they give life to what you say.
Since childhood, we’re conditioned to feel negative and afraid.
Turn on the TV and try to find good news (it’s fear based programming).
As we go about our day, we unconsciously say sentences like:
“Business is hard work, I don’t know if I can make it”
“The economy sucks, I’ll never get out of debt”
“That’s too expensive, I can’t afford it”
“It’s allergy season, I’ll get sick again”
Without realizing, we are speaking our future into being.
Do you know how to hack your social programming?
Speak words that promote your desires, not your fears.
You can’t speak of sickness and have health.
You can’t speak of lack and have abundance.
You can’t criticize others and have loving relationships.
From now on, start listening to your speech.
Are you words in alignment with the life you want?
You will manifest what you speak.
When I became aware that my speech was not reflecting my heart’s desire, I’ve decided to be mindful about my words and began blessing my life rather than cursing it. Then, I did a personal experiment on social media: for 42 days I posted affirmations to transform my limiting-belifes into empowering-thoughts. This daily practice has not only helped me nurture better thoughts but also showed me that I can change my life with the words I speak. May these affirmations open up a new world for you, and inspire you to be your best:
